Welcome BBQ

Annual Yumcha

The annual yumcha is one of the most anticipated events of the year. There were some ice-breaker games at Albert Park, including an Easter Egg hunt. YACMA Retreat

This year’s YACMA Retreat was held at Blue Lake Holiday Park in Rotorua. We made the most of the unfortunately bad weather and had many activities, including spicy noodle challenges, board games and handball. We also made a trip to the Waikite Valley Thermal Pools. Careers Evening

YACMA and ACMA collaborated to bring the annual YACMA Careers Evening. There were three panels of three to four speakers each, exploring the challenges and highlights of their chosen fields. Fields included gastroenterology, general practice and general surgery, amongst others. Thank you to the doctors for kindly giving up their time to speak to the medical students.
